The qualification of a person to claim sickness benefit, the conditions subject to which such benefit may be given, the rates and period thereof shall be such as may be prescribed by the Central Government. Subs. for sections 49 and 50 by Act. No. 29 of 1989, s. 19, (w.e.f. 1-2-1991).
