The application shall further contain an assurancf that after the College is affiliated, any transference o inanag~ment and all changes in the teaching staff shall be forthwith reported to the Syndicate . . ' e1r (3) T~e Registrar sh~ll subn1it the application and all proceedings of the Synd1ca te and Senate relating thereto to the Govern1nent, who, after such further inquiry as may appear to them to be necessary, shall grant or refuse the application or any part thereof. ( 4) Where the application or any part thereof is granted, the order of the Govern1nent shall specify the courses · of instruction in respect of which the College is affiliated; and where the application or any part thereof is refused, the grounds of such refusal shall be stated. . (5) An applic~tion under sub-section (1) may be withdrawn at any tln1e before an order is n1ade under sub- section (3).
