I (w.e.f. 1-10-1963), to Lakshadweep (w.e.f. 1-10-1967) vide Reg. 8 of 1965, s. 3 and the Sch. and to Sikkim (w.e.f. 15-5-1976); vide notification No. S. O. 1668, dated 6-5-1976.
