- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 2018
- S. 2Amends Indian Penal Code to update list of sections for punishment of sexual assault.
- S. 3Updates the list of sections in the Penal Code related to sexual offenses for amendments.
- S. 4Increases minimum imprisonment for rape from seven to ten years and adds a new section for rape of girls under 16 with a minimum of 20 years.
- S. 5After section 376A of the Penal Code, the following section shall be inserted, namely:— "376AB
