(1) The Criminal Law (Amendment) Ordinance, 2013 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Indian Penal Code, the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and the Indian Evidence Act, 1872, as amended by the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions ofthose Acts, as amended by this Act.
