After section 357Aofthe Code ofCriminal Procedure, the following sections shall be inserted, namely:- "357B. The compensation payable by the State Governmentunder section 357A shall be in addition to the payment of fme to the victim under section 326A or section 3760 ofthe Indian Penal Code.
