In section 173 ofthe Code ofCriminal Procedure, in sub-section (2), in sub-elause (h) ofclause (I), for the words, figures and letter "or 3760 ofthe Indian Penal Code", the words, figures and letters" 3760 or section 376E ofthe Indian Penal Code" shall be substituted.
