Whoever, being in charge ofa hospital, public or private, whether run by the Central Government, the State Government, local bodies or any other person, contravenes the provisions ofsection 357C ofthe Code ofCriminal Procedure, 1973, 2 of 1974. shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fme or with both.".
