Repeal. - The Capital of Punjab (Development and Regulation) Aci 1952 (President's Act V of 1952); is hereby repealed: ± - - Provided that any appointment, notification, order, scheme, rule, form or byc law, made or issued under the repealed Act shall, so-far as it is not inconsister with the provisions of this Act, continue in force and shall be deemed to have bee made or issued under the provisions of this Act, as if this Act was in force at th time.
