(1) The Director of a Campus shall be the senior-most Professor and appointed by the Vice-Chancellor of the University on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Ordinances. (2) The Director of the Campus shall exercise such powers and perform duties as may be assigned to him by the Vice-Chancellor.
