Section 74

Power to direct that suits between landlords and tenants be entered in separate registers.

The Local Government may direct that all suits, or any specified class of suits, between landlords and tenants as such, shall not be registered in the registers of civil suits kept under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1882 (XIV of 1882), but in such other registers as it may prescribe.
