1 [(1) The Central Government may appoint a a person to be the Director-General of the Force and such other supervisory officers as considered necessary.] (2) The 2 [Director-General] and every other supervisory officer so appointed shall have, and may exercise, such powers and authority as is provided by or under this Act.
