[x x x x] Repealed by Act 52 of 1964, Section 2 and Schedule I. Prior to repeal it read as: "5. Amendment of Act 12 of 1953.--In sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Khadi and Other Handloom Industries Development (Additional Excise Duty on Cloth) Act, 1953 (Act 12 of 1953) for the words "three pies per square yards", the figures and words "1-9 naye paise per square metre" shall be substituted."
