[x x x x] Repealed by Act 52 of 1964, Section 2 and Schedule I. Prior to repeal it read as: "3. Amendment of Act 58 of 1957.--In the Additional Duties of Excise (Goods of Special Importance) Act, 1957 (Act 58 of 1957),-- (a) in Section 2, for clause (c), the following clause shall be substituted, namely-- '(c) the words and expressions "sugar", "tobacco", "cotton fabrics" "woollen fabrics" and "rayon or artificial silk fabrics" shall have the meaning respectively assigned to them in items Nos. 1, 4, 19, 21 and 22 of the First Schedule to the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (Act 1 of 1944).'; (b) for the First Schedule, the Second Schedule to this Act shall be substituted."
