No Judge or Magistrate shall be deemed, within the meaning of Section 556 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (5 of 1898)*, to be a party to, or personally interested in, any prosecution for an offence constituted by or under this Act merely because he is a member of the Cantonment [Board] or has ordered or approved the prosecution.
