The General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, the Command or the Principal Director, may, by order in writing,-- (a) call for any book or document in the possession or under the control of the Board; (b) require the Board to furnish such statements, accounts, reports and copies of documents relating to its proceedings, duties or works as he thinks fit.
