(1) This Act may be called the Bombay Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1953. [(2) It extends to the whole of the [Union Territory of Delhi*]] (3) It shall come into force [x x x x] on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the [Delhi Gazette], appoint in this behalf.
