Amendment in clause (r) of sub-section (2) of section 93 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act 27 of 2005)- After the words and figures used in “sub-section (1)” of clause (r) of sub-section (2) of section 93 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act 27 of 2005), the words and figures “and (1A)” shall be added.
