Repeal and savings—(1) University of Nalanda Act, 2007 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, any action, proceeding or anything initiated in exercise of the power conferred by or under the Act repealed under the sub section (1) shall continue to bevalid until the Central Government enacts the Act.
