Statutes and ordinances to be published in the official Gazette and to be laid before the Legislature.— (1) Every Statutes or Regulation made under this Act shall be published in the official Gazette. (2) Every Statute or Regulation made under this Act shall be laid, as soon as it is made, before the Houses of the Legislature, while it is in session, for a total period of fourteen days which may comprise of one session or two or more successive sessions. (3) If before the expiry of the session immediately following the session or the successive sessions aforesaid, the Houses agree in making any modification in the Statutes or Regulation or both Houses agree that the Statute or Regulation should not be made, the Statute or Regulation shall thereafter have effect only in such modified form or be no effect as the case may be. However, any such modification or amendment shall be without prejudice to the validity of anything previously done under the concerned position of that Statute or Regulation.
