Repeal and Savings I- (1) Relevant Provisions of Bihar Staff Selection Commission Act, 2002 (As amended from time to time) are hereby repealed from the date of commencement of this Act till the limit of the matters transfered by section 10 of this Act and giving the matters related to the selection to Technical posts by this Act to the Commission. (2) Notwithstanding this repeal any action of selection taken by The Bihar Staff Selection Commission under The Bihar Staff Selection Commission Act, 2002 (As amended from time to time) shall be legal and that shall be deemed to be legal as if the said action was taken under this Act.
