Removal of Difficulties and Interpretation I-(i) Within one year after the commencement of this Act, the State Government may make such Provisions by Notification for the removing the difficulties coming in appropriate implementation, of relevant provisions of this Act which not in consistent with provisions of the Act. 10 बहार गजट (असाधारण), 21 21 21 21 अगः त अगः त अगः त अगः त 2014 2014 2014 2014 (ii) if any doubt arises in respect of interpretation of any provision of the Act within one year after the commencement of this Act, The State Gorvernment may remove the same by Notification in consultation with the Law Department..
