Amendment in Section-13(1) of Bihar Act 13, 2014 (As amended time to time) .— Subsection (1) of section-13 of said Act, 2014 shall be Substituted by the following :- "(1) For conduct of functions, administrative and financial powers of the Commission shall be same as are provided by the Rules made under this Act by the State Government."
