Amendment of section 8 of the Value Added Tax Act, 2005.-The words, figures and bracket “or section 7 or sub-section (2)” after the words “under section 6” of section 8 the Value Added Tax Act shall be shall be substituted by the words figures and bracket “or sub-section (1)”.
