Amendment in section-11 of Bihar Act 21, 2017.—The following proviso shall be added after sub section (1) of Section- 11 of the Bihar Act 21, 2017. "Provided that at present on going appointment process to the post of Assistant Professors on the basis of the advertisements already published by the Bihar Public Service Commission shall be completed only by the Bihar Public Service Commission.
