Amendment in section-2 of Bihar Act, 23, 1976.—In the Bihar State University Act, 1976 (Bihar Act 23, 1976) (hereinafter refered to as the said Act) in section-2 clause (p) shall be inserted by the following; namely:- “(p) ‘Commission’ means Bihar Public Service Commission.”
