Amendment of the section-5 of The Bihar State Public Library and Information Centre Act, 2008 (Bihar Act 17 of 2008).—In Section-5 of The Bihar State Public Library and Information Centre Act, 2008 (Bihar Act 17 of 2008) the words “and Vice- Chairman” shall be deleted.
