Amendment in section 5 of Bihar Act 7, 1991.- Sub Section 'c' shall be added in the section '5' of the said Act :- 4 ǐबहार गजट (असाधारण) 14 माच[ 2024 (c) Notwithstanding, tenure prescribed in the section 5, of the Act, the State Government shall have the power to dissolve the commission anytime if it is satisfied that dissolution is in the larger public interest to make the functioning of the commission consistent with the aims and object of the Act and in furtherance of rights and welfare of all religious and linguistic minority habitant of State of Bihar.
