Secretary of the Authority—The Authority will have a Secretary, not Below the rank of Joint Secretary of the Department of Revenue and Land Reforms, duly notified by the Department of Revenue and Land Reforms, and he will manage affairs of the authority as directed by the member Secretary. He will act as chief exccutive officer of the authority.
