Use of Mela Fund—(1) The Mela development and management fund shall be utilized for meeting expenses of the Authrity for discharging its functions under section-8 of this Act. fRR T (3RmHRT), 3 W 2008 9 (2) The Mela development and management fund shall be used to meet expense for fulfilment of objects and purposes, authorized by the State Mela Authority.
