Appeal.:- (1) An appeal shall lie to the Government against the order passed by the Infrastructure Development Authority under section 11, 51 and or section 52 of the Act within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order subject to the rules prescribed by the Government in this regard. (2) the decision of the Government under sub-section (1) shall be final and conclusive.
