Treatment of Sole Bid:- In case of the competitive bidding process resulting into a Sole Bid, the Government Agency or the Local Authority shall in consultation with the Infrastructure Development Authority, either,- (i) accept the Sole Bid, or (ii) re-negotiate financial offer, or (iii) reject the Sole Bid.
