Protection of action taken in good faith a. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against Trust, Financial Management Companyl Society or any official involved in the implementation of this policy in respect of 12 ,( anything which is done or intended to be done in good faith under this policy or in pursuance of any order, executive instruction or direction made or given there under. b. No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Trust, Financial Management Company or any official involved in the implementation of this policy for a damage caused or likely to becaused by anything which is done or intended to be done in good faith under this policy or in pursuance of any order, executive instruction or direction made or given there under.
