Delegation of certain powers.—Th notification in the Official Gazette, delegate— (a) all or any of the powers conferred on it by sections 2 (9), 33 (3) (b), 70 (1), 74 and 78 to the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority; and (b) all or any of the powers conferred on the by sections 45(1), (2), 56 (1) and 70(2) to such may be specified in the notification.
