Exemption: Bond, when executed by any person for the purpose of guaranteeing that the local income derived from private subscription to charitable dispensary or hospital or any other object of public utility, shall not be less than a specified sum per mensem. Cancellation, Instrument (including any instrument by which any instrument previously executed is (a) Rs. 1500/-(One thousand five hundred) (b) 0.15% of such share capital, subject to a minimum of Rs. 1000/- and a maximum of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Five lakh) Re. 1/- for every Rs. 1000/- or part thereof, of the amount of the awarded value of property to which the award relates. Rs. 500/-(Five hundred) Rs. 3/- (Three) for every Rs. 100/- (Hundred) of the value of the bond. '{Rs, 1000/-(One thousand)
