This notification will come into force with immediate effect. S.O. No.-10/Ra. Kami-43/2015-1416 dated 14.3.2016.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act 1899 the Governor of Bihar is pleased to determine As. 200/- (Rupees two hundred) only as the stamp duty payable on Agreement deeds to be executed for obtaining loans/financial services upto Rs. 50,000/- for non-agriculture purposes.
