Substitution of sub-section (1) of section-3 of Bihar Act 7, 2002.—Sub- section (1) of section -3 of the said Act shall be substituted by the following:- “(i) Bihar staff selection commission shall be constituted consisting of a chairman and number of members as determined by the State Government."
