Application for Registration of Sports Association.-(1) An existing State Level Sports Association and any other future State Level Sports Association for a game or sports and its affiliated District Level Sports Association shall apply for registration of the Association, stating therein the name, address, area represented, game or sports represented by the Sports Association and with, complete details of the Executive Body and accompanied with the document specified in Schedule 'A'. (2) If the Registrar finds that the requirement of sub section (1) is not satisfied, he shall, after giving a fifteen days notice to the applicant and an 17 बहार गजट (असाधारण), 11 िसत, बर 2013 opportunity of being heard pass appropriate order either allowing or refusing registration as the case may be.
