District Sports Council.-Bihar State Sports Council shall constitute a District Sports Council for each revenue district comprising of not less than three and not more than seven members in the following manner - (a) District Magistrate - Chairman, Ex-Officio (b) Superintendent of Police - Member (c) District Level Sports Officer - Member Secretary (d) Two persons to be nominated by Bihar State Sports Council from amongst registered District Level Sports Association - Member (e) Two persons to be nominated by Bihar State Sports Council from amongst sports persons of the district - Member
