Savings.- All lawful actions taken or purported to have been taken by a Sports Association under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Act No. 21 of 1860) prior to the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been taken by virtue of its being registered as a Sports Association under this Act.
