Power to call for Records and Inspection.- (1) The Registrar or the Bihar State Sports Council may call for any record of a sports Association required for an enquiry under this Act. (2) The State Level Sports Association may call for any record of and affiliated District Level Sports Association required for an enquiry under this Act.
