Granting of license and enrolment.—(1) The Director of Land Records & Survey, Bihar shall invite applications from persons desirous of being enrolled as licensed surveyors as per Rules laid down in this behalf. (2) The applicant desirous for the grant of license should possess technical qualifications and experience prescribed in the Rules laid down in this behalf. (3) The Director of Land Records & Survey, Bihar shall enroll the qualifying candidates and send the list to the District Collectors for use as and when and where required in accordance with executive instructions to be issued in this regard.
