Amendment in section-5 of the Bihar Act 8, 2000.— Subsection (2) and (3) of section-5 of Bihar Special Security Group Act, 2000 shall be substituted by the following respectively :- “ (2) State Government shall nominate Inspector General of Police (Security), Special Branch as the Head of Special Security Group.” “ (3) Inspector General of Police (Security), Special Branch shall, in the discharge of his duties under this Act, be assisted by one Deputy Inspector General of Police (Security), Special Branch, one Commandant, Deputy Commandants and Assistant Commandants as may be appointed by the State Government.” By order of the Governor of Bihar, MANOJ KUMAR, Joint Secretary to the Government. ———— [ध¡क स०चवलय म१णलय ॢबहर पटन हर क०शत eव# म१ॢत? ॢबहर गजट [सधरण 1186%5'1+400%ड+ट,+प+?
