Amendment in Section-2(e) of Bihar Special Courts Act, 2009 (Bihar Act 5, 2010) - In sub section (e) of Section 2 of the Bihar Special Courts Act, 2009 (Bihar Act 5, 2010), for the words and figures "section-13(1)(e)" the words and figures "Section- 13(1)(b)" shall be subsituted.
