Maintenance of registers and records and display of notices.—Every employer of an establishment shall maintain such records and registers and display such notices and in such manner as may he prescribed. (2) Every employer shall on demand produce for inspection of Inspecting Officer all registers, records and notices required to be kept under and for the purposes of this Act.
