Power of the State Government to make rules for regulation of business and transfer of case.—Where the authority prescribed under sub-section (2) of section 26, or sub-section(1) or sub-section (7) of section 28, is more than one, the State Government may make rules — (i) to regulate the distribution of business between them; and (ii) for the transfer of a case or an appeal, from one authority to the other.
