NOTIFICATIONS S.O. 69, dated the 9th January, 1978.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Bihar Shops and Establishments Act, 1953 ( Bihar Act VIII of 1954) and in partial modification of the notifications mentioned in column 2 of the Schedule hereto annexed, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to direct that all the provisions of the said Act will be deemed to have come into force in the areas mentioned in column 5 of the annexed Schedule from the same dates from which they were brought into force in the areas mentioned in column 4 of the Schedule by virtue of the notifications specified in column 2 against them.
