Return of document : (1) The parties shall not be entitled for return of the documents filed by them before the tribunal within six weeks from the date of order of the tribunal. (2) The party may apply after six weeks from the date of the receipt of order with an undertaking of the effect that the documents shall be produced whenever the Tribunal calls for the same and in such case, the documents may be returned to the parties.
