Addition of section.- 2(q) and (r) in the Bihar Self- Supporting Co-operative Societies Act, 1996 - The following shall be added after section -2(p) - "(q) "Co-operative Bank" means a co-operative bank as defined in the Banking Regulation Act, 1949. (r) "Insured Bank" means a co-operative bank as defined in the Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation Act, 1961."
