Rules, Regulations and orders to remain in force.—Every rule, regulation, order or notification which was made under the Bihar School Examination Board Act, 1952 (Bihar Act of 1952) including its amending Acts by the State of Bihar or by the Board or by the authorities of the Board under those enactments, which was in force immediately before the repeal thereof shall, in so far as such order or notification or rule or regulation is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be deemed to continue in force, as if it has been made under this Act, till such time the Government makes Rules or the Board makes Regulations under the appropriate Provisions of Act.
